The climbing wall inside Adventure Playland features 7 belay stations, 4 of which have TruBlue Auto Belays. Auto Belays are great for providing a safe climbing experience while increasing the amount of time each climber can spend enjoying the climbing experience. The climbing wall is open during all Adventure Playland hours, hosts our Youth Climbing Club and is available to rent during off hours.
Youth Climbing Club
Our Climbing Clubs meet Tuesdays & Thursday from from 6:00p-6:45p and is open to children 6-15. Climbers will be provided will all required safety gear, but are free to bring their own equipment. All climbers will learn basic climbing safety, knot tying, belay and rock climbing techniques.

Session Cost: One Night $40 Members, $50 Non-Members

Adult Climbing Club (NEW)

Teens ages 16-18, and adults 18

Meets once weekly for 45-90 minutes of climbing and instruction provided by a certified climbing guide from Maine Alpine Guiding.

Climbers provided all required safety gear, free to bring your own equipment. Learn basic climbing safety, knot tying, belay and rock climbing techniques.
