EARLY CHILDCARE PROGRAM
AFTER
SCHOOL PROGRAM

In our creative and caring Early Childcare Program, licensed by the Maine Department of Health & Human Services, children are offered a wide variety of activities on a daily basis.  Boys and girls are encouraged to make choices as to how they spend their time and staff members design and lead a fun and engaging variety of age appropriate activities. 

 

  • Year-round

  • Full time

  • Boys and Girls ages 3-5 years (must be potty trained)

  • AYCC Youth Membership is required (cost of $40 annually)

 

Program Hours

Full Days          7:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Friday

Half Days         AM session 7:30 am – 12:30 pm or 

                         PM session 12:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Fees

Full Day           $155 per week

Half Days         $ 95 per week

The AYCC After School Program is licensed by the Maine Department of Health & Human Services. Within our state-of-the-art facility your child has access to the finest programs available for a small weekly fee.   

 

 

PROGRAM PROVISIONS

  • Licensed for children ages 6-12

  • AYCC Membership is required (cost of $40 annually)

  • A hot, nutritious meal after school

  • A wide variety of activities in our triple gymnasium

  • Making friends in a fun atmosphere

  • Participation in the

    • Homework Club

    • Power Hour

    • Project Learn sponsored by JC Penney

  • Exploring and learning in our supervised Technology Center

    • Net Smartz

    • Club Tech

  • Immersion Learning Program

  • Swim time in our two heated, indoor pools

  • Activities in the Gronk Zone youth fitness area

  • Playing outside with friends.

  • Finding creative passions in our Arts & Crafts Classroom

  • Forming relationships with positive role models

  • Special events, such as holiday parties

 

Program Hours & Fees

Full Days          Monday – Friday 2:15 - 6:00PM

Fees               $65/week    $45/three days   $30/two days

                       $25.00/week - must be registered to pay-                         for play program

            Annual Youth Membership Required $40     

 

We follow the Waterville & Winslow School System calendars.

 

Free Childcare Available

If your family qualifies for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program at your school, your child will be able to attend the After School Program for FREE!!  The letter from the School Nutrition Department stating the qualification is required for participation.
