Vin Yin Yoga
Group Fitness Room
Vin Yin or Yin Yang Yoga combines sequences and poses from Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. In this class, we will begin with a slow Vinyasa flow, and we will end class with Yin Yoga. The Vinyasa portion warms the body up, is energizing, builds strength, improves flexibility, and helps us become more in-tune with our breath (Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement). After this, the body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion. It slows the mind, grounds us, and gives us a more meditative practice. Enjoy a perfect balance of calm and energy!
