Some Y’s may require fees for certain activities. *Silver Sneakers & Renew Active members are not eligible for Reciprocity.

How does Nationwide Reciprocity work at the AYCC??

A valid YMCA Membership is required to visit the AYCC. Our Welcome Center staff must login to the YMCA Nationwide database to confirm the visit and check the Member in. Visitors will not receive a scan tag and must check in at the Welcome Center for every visit. See the Member/Guest Handbook for details. **Note, Silver Sneakers and Renew Active Members do may not utilize the Reciprocity program.

How do I join?

You can visit our Welcome Center in person or register online. All members are screened through state and federal Sex Offender Registries through the YMCA’s Nationwide Membership Program.

How do I cancel my membership or put it on hold?

There is no contract length for your membership, which means no termination fees, and you may cancel at any time.  Please provide written documentation in person or via email no less than 7 days before your automatic payment withdrawal. We do not issue refunds for lack of use or failure to notify.

What is the difference between a Facility Member and a Community Member?

Facility Members have registered and paid for membership, for which they receive exclusive access and discounts on programs and on Personal Training.

Community Members do not pay membership fees but can still enroll in most classes and programs, including lessons and programs. Community Member program fees are higher than a paying Member's fees. General use of the facility would require the purchase of a day pass. Everyone entering the AYCC must abide by the policies and procedures - see the Member/Guest Handbook for details.
