John McCabe

Butt & Gut

Zoom 

Mondays and Wednesdays

12:00pm-12:30pm & 5:00pm-5:30pm

Butt and Gut, or better known as glutes and core, are the centerpieces of the body, two muscle groups that need to be strong and pliable to live a healthy  life.  To sculpt these areas, you'll put these muscles to work with more than just squats and sit-ups! Each class will be different and increase your strength. 

Strength N' Stroll

8:00am - 8:30am

A 60 minute class of exercises using your own weights if you have them for the upper body, lower body and abdominals.  These weighted exercises are paired with laps (walk or jog)in place or through your empty streets to keep your heart rate pumping! Perfect for individuals of all ages.

With John McCabe's Speed and Strength class, you will jump higher, run faster, and be stronger than you ever have before.

The Gronk Zone

4:30 - 5:15pm  &  5:15 - 6:00pm

This 45 minute class is designed for youth to become familiarized with a fitness center. The class will walk youth through introductory functional training, cardiovascular activities, and yoga.

 

The intended audience is youth from ages 8-12 that are new to working out.

Enhanced Fitness

This evidence-based, hour-long, 3-day per week  program helps older adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered to sustain independent lives. You will  improve physical conditioning and decrease risk of falling using a series of proven cardiovascular and strength building exercises.

In this 45 Minute class, learn from Movement + Mobility Specialist, John McCabe, on how to take care of your body for a lifetime.

No need for nasty pills and surgery; objects you have right at home, and proper movement will do!

You will quickly realize that our bodies are designed to Move Freely.

It has been ingrained in our culture that the only way you will see your health and fitness goals realized is by pushing 100%, 24/7. In reality, when we couple good, nourishing workouts, with recovery and range of motion days, results go through the roof. We recover quicker, promote healing, increase performance, and even decrease stress... Come ready to put your all into this Sweat and Stretch class,!

Uses a variety of light to moderate weights/objects at home along with exercise equipment to strengthen muscles and joints, build bone density, and increase overall fitness. Instruction is modified to fit each participants' current fitness level. This a great class to work on your fitness goals

We will sweat like crazy by just moving what we have been blessed with, the human body.

ASP Kid Fit

The Gronk Zone

2:45 - 3:30pm & 3:30 - 4:15pm

A FUN 45 minute class that introduces our After School Kids to functional fitness, yoga, areobic exercises and healthy eating! Kid Fit helps children improve their strength, power, coordination, balance, aerobic capacity, body awareness, and agility as well as movement and motor skills, such as hand-eye coordination, running, and throwing.
