A challenging, fun and supportive 60 minute workout!

This workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettle bells) and stretching.

Fridays 10:00am

A 60 practice that is more rejuvenating than a nap! It’s all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body.

This 45 minute class is designed for youth to become familiarized with a fitness center. The class will walk youth through introductory functional training, cardiovascular activities, and yoga.


The intended audience is youth from ages 8-12 that are new to working out.

A 60 - minute fun, heart pumping class that will take you on a journey through flats, hills, and sprinting intervals.


The class is perfect for those that already spin, but can be modified to accommodate any fitness level.

This low-impact exercise is performed in slow fluid movements that are easy on the joints. Participants are asked to wear comfortable, loose clothing that they can easily move in. Benefits include relaxation, vitality, improved posture and immunity!

Get your heart pumping with this 60 MINUTE cardiovascular and strength workout! We’ll use rowing machines, dumbbells, BOSU balls, battle ropes, plyometric boxes, speed sled on our artificial indoor turf, and other fun equipment! It’s all about muscle confusion!


Move Freely for Seniors

In this 45 Minute class, learn from Movement + Mobility Specialist, John McCabe, on how to take care of your body for a lifetime.

No need for nasty pills and surgery; lacrosse balls, foam rollers, bands, and proper movement will do!

You will quickly realize that our bodies are designed to Move Freely.


Box Fit

A cardiovascular workout based on training methods used for boxing.

Activities include rope skipping, footwork abdominal workouts, and boxing drills – all designed to increase  fitness and toning.

Go through a flowing sequence of vinyasa style yoga poses. Build a solid base through centering breath work and seated poses, then move through intermediate standing poses while continuing to tune into breath. Round out with relaxation and a respite for mindful awareness in savasana

Butt and Gut, or better known as glutes and core, are the centerpieces of the body, two muscle groups that need to be strong and pliable to live a healthy  life.  To sculpt these areas, you'll put these muscles to work with more than just squats and sit-ups! Each class will be different and increase your strength

A FUN 45 minute class that introduces our After School Kids to functional fitness, yoga, areobic exercises and healthy eating! Kid Fit helps children improve their strength, power, coordination, balance, aerobic capacity, body awareness, and agility as well as movement and motor skills, such as hand-eye coordination, running, and throwing.

A 60 minute class of exercises using weights for the upper body, lower body and abdominals.  These weighted exercises are paired with laps (walk or jog) around the indoor track to keep your heart rate pumping! Perfect for individuals of all ages that are new to the gym!

This 45 minute class will increase your core strength while incorporating balance moves and stretches.  It’s a perfect way to for all individuals, especially golfers, to improve overall flexibility and core strength!


Indoor Track Circuit


Thursday 5:15 - 5:45 pm

Grab your sneakers and let’s go! This half hour class will incorporate intervals, resistance and strength! Sprint, jog, wall sits, burpees, you name it! Circuit training is a great way to fit in some resistance exercises to increase muscle mass or lose body fat and fit in an effective muscle-building workout in a short amount of time!
