Sukkot Art Workshops
September 23 - September 27
Join us in creating decor for the municipal Sukkah that will be located in Castonguay Square during Sukkot, the Jewish Harvest Festival (Oct 16-23). One of the themes of Sukkot is welcoming community members and remembering ancestors and loved ones. At these free workshops, you’ll learn to create a one-of-a-kind collage with meaningful pictures and symbols representative of your history and home in Waterville. We will later combine your collage with others and hang it as a tapestry inside the Sukkah. Free vegetarian snacks will be provided.
All participants are invited to a free Community Dinner in the Sukkah, where your art will be displayed and celebrated.
