POSTURE & TONE  Jamie W.

Posture & Tone is a group exercise class that uses a variety of light to moderate weights along with exercise equipment to strength muscles and joints, build bone density, and increase overall fitness. The exercises are modified to fit anyone’s current fitness level and the welcoming atmosphere makes this a great place to work on your fitness goals.

Boot Camp  Sawyer B.

Keep your body guessing with our new Boot Camp class! Boot Camp is a 60 minute high-intensity, circuit style class that combines body weight exercises with cardiovascular exercises for a great full body workout. Each class will begin with a dynamic warm-up that will lead into our Boot Camp circuit, and will end with a cool down and stretching. All abilities are welcome in our class and exercises can be modified to meet all fitness levels.

TAI CHI for Health Jeanette G.

Tai chi, or "moving meditation," is a slow, graceful, and relaxed series of movements that combines aerobics, flexibility, balance, and weight-bearing exercise with deep breathing and meditation. This class is great for all ages and ability levels.

Enhance®Fitness   Jamie W

This evidence-based, hour-long, three-day-per-week group exercise program to helps older adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered to sustain independent lives. The program aims to improve your physical conditioning and to decrease your risk of falling using a series of proven cardiovascular and strength building exercises.

Refund Policy
►If notification of withdrawal is received at least 48 hours before the full first class, a full refund will be issued minus a $10.00 processing fee.
►If notification is received less than 48 hours before the first class, a 50% refund will be issued, minus a $10.00 processing fee.
►No refunds will be issued after the second class.
►In-house credits are issued without processing fees.
