Homeschool Programs
The AYCC's newest program - the Homeschool Programs - an educational initiative designed to cater to the diverse needs and interests of homeschooling youth. Our curriculum encompasses Art, Physical Education, and STEM programming, providing a well-rounded and engaging learning experience. This program is dedicated to empowering homeschooling youth with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the ever-evolving world while fostering a love for learning across multiple disciplines.
Certified as educators, the AYCC staff are all full-time employees in our After School Program here in Waterville.
SESSION INFORMATION
Each class is offered for one hour, once per week for a 7-week session.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Art Classes
Youth will be able to engage in an arts activity weekly for one hour, to enhance their skills and creativity in arts and crafts. Engage in using a mixture of materials and express themselves through art, while participating in a social classroom setting.
Phys Ed
Youth will engage in age-appropriate physical activities and lessons that will teach them the fundamentals of sports, team work and sportsmanship. During their time they will discuss the importance of healthy habits, and foods int their everyday life.
STEM
Youth will engage in age-appropriate physical activities and lessons that will teach them the fundamentals of sports, team work and sportsmanship. During their time they will discuss the importance of healthy habits, and foods int their everyday life.
