Eliana Hall

Wellness Director

Certified Health Coach 

Eliana has a Master’s degree in Exercise Sciences and has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 5 years. She has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels in various settings including small group & individual training, injury rehabilitation, and group exercise classes. Eliana has also taught undergraduate Kinesiology classes at the University of Maine and Husson University.
 
As both the Wellness Director and Personal Trainer, Eliana empowers individuals to overcome obstacles to reach their goals.

Heather Katz

Yoga Instructor

As a former competitive runner and triathlete, Heather has always been passionate about fitness & health. This passion, combined with a love of teaching and empowering others to live healthier, balanced lives, led her to become an NAFC Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Yoga Instructor. She specializes in using a holistic approach to help individuals improve their health in simple steps. She has practiced yoga for over 20 years & loves sharing her passion for wellness with others!

Sasha Letourneau

Cycle Instructor

Sasha is a fun, high energy Maine girl! She has been teaching upbeat, spunky cycling classes for 5 years now. Sasha has worked with multiple age groups and is all about modifying workouts to the specific needs of any and all participants. Her classes are motivational and just down right fun! 

Sasha has always been an athlete. Field hockey and track were her sports in high school, along with power lifting. As you get to know Sasha, you’ll quickly realize that she is always singing and wearing glitter!

Rich joins us as part of the MaineGeneral Medical Center Sports Medicine Teams, where he has worked since 2007. He earned his bachelor's  in Exercise Science with a concentration in Athletic Training, is certified as an Athletic Trainer, and is a State of Maine licensed healthcare provider. Rich's expertise lies in outpatient rehabilitation and Athletic Training services and sports event coverage for middle school, high school, and college athletes.

Kenny Harris

Fitness Instructor

Kenny started training in boxing at the age of 12 years old and was an amateur boxer in NYC for 10 years.  With an additional 20 years of training and practice in martial arts, Kenny began a career in Personal Training in 2009 while continuing his education in Physical Therapy.  Specializing in strength and endurance training, body weight movement, calisthenics, and functional training, Kenny teaches a wide variety of group exercise classes.

Maggie Brown

Certified Group Fitness Instructor

Maggie has been an athlete her whole life, having played multiple sports and dancing for 10 years, competing with her dance team. Maggie graduated from Messalonskee High School and attended the University of Maine at Augusta for 2 years, studying mental health. She loves helping people learn new things, like how to use the fitness equipment!

Cassandra Poli

Certified Personal Trainer

Certified Group Fitness Instructor

Cassandra is a senior at the University of Southern Maine studying Exercise
Science. She spent much of her undergrad interning with strength and conditioning coaches, acupuncturists, and chiropractors. Cassandra is also a varsity lacrosse coach and has extensive experience training athletes in small and large groups.

Cassandra’s she spent much of her childhood at lacrosse and field hockey games. During the off season she fell in love with weight training, and her fitness journey began. Transitioning from competitive sports to nothing after high school can be difficult. Lifting gave Cassandra that purpose she craved.

Jeanine Libby

Jeanine has a strong passion for outdoor cycling with all area bicycle clubs.  She brings her outdoor passion indoors through the winter months to keep cyclist legs in shape.  Her indoor cycling class is set up for all types of riders.  In the spring she will transfer this class to riding outside for the summer months.  Jeanine also leads the Pedal for Parkinson’s class that is aimed to improve the lives of those living with Parkinson’s disease by maintaining an active lifestyle.  Jeanine is a certified WIT’s Personal Trainer,  certified Spinning Instructor, and certified Pedaling for Parkinson’s Instructor.

Jamie Williams

As a graduate of Waterville High School, Jamie was a well-rounded Varsity athlete in soccer, basketball, and indoor and outdoor track. He went on to attend UMaine Farmington with a dual major in Psychology & Community Health Education, with a focus on Physical Education. Jamie competed athletically at the collegiate level and received multiple conference recognitions for his success in cross country. Jamie has been an integral part of the AYCC’s team as Health Coordinator for more than 6 years and leads youth fitness as well as extremely popular active older adult classes.

Lexi Fontaine

Certified Yoga Instructor

Lexi gained an appreciation for meditation and wellness practices during her nearly 10 years of experience teaching elementary school. Having experienced the lovely but chaotic setting of a classroom, she became a master of using mindfulness and yoga to reduce work related stress. 
In 2016, Lexi completed a 200-HR yoga certification program through Be.Yoga 
in Connecticut so that she could help others on their own journeys to wellness. Lexi strives to connect the mind, body, and spirit through a gentle, restorative yoga practice. She resides in Winslow with her husband and teaches 5th grade at Winslow Elementary.
