I’ve been an athlete my whole life and played every sport, from basketball and softball, to dancing for 10 years and competing with my dance team. I graduated from Messalonskee Highschool and attended the University of Maine at Augusta for 2 years studying mental health. Two years ago I became a Certified Personal Trainer and havereally enjoyed working in this field.

Eliana has a Master’s degree in Exercise Sciences and has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 4 years. She has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels in various settings including small group training, individual training, injury rehabilitation, and group exercise classes.
Eliana has also taught undergraduate Kinesiology classes at the University of Maine. She has a passion for empowering individuals to overcome obstacles to reach their goals. Eliana is also a Certified Health Coach
Kenny started training in boxing at the age of 12 year old and was an amateur boxer in NYC for 10 years. With an additional 20 years of training and practice in martial arts, Kenny began a career in personal training in 2009 while continuing his education in physical therapy and nutrition. Specializing in strength and endurance training, body weight movement, calisthenics and functional training, Kenny teaches beginner boxing, timed interval training and capoeira.

Shannon’s classes incorporate graceful gentle sequences, therapeutic assists, mindful meditation, and blissful guided relaxation for a balanced yoga experience. As a bachelor level licensed nurse (BSN, RN) and a, soon to be, nurse practitioner in psychiatric and mental health, Shannon has a passion for working with people of all abilities and levels. She believes that Yoga is uniting body with soul.

As a former competitive runner and triathlete, Heather has always been passionate about fitness, health & wellness. This passion, combined with a love of teaching and empowering others to live healthier, more balanced lives, led her to become a certified health coach. She specializes in using a holistic approach to helping individuals and families improve their health in simple steps, making good health, fitness, balanced living and nutrition practical and doable. Heather is certified through the Dr. Sears‘ Wellness Institute and is working towards completing her personal training certification this summer. She has practiced yoga for over 20 years.
Rich joins us as part of the MaineGeneral Medical Center Sports Medicine Teams, where he has worked since 2007. He earned his bachelor's in Exercise Science with a concentration in Athletic Training, is certified as an Athletic Trainer, and is a State of Maine licensed healthcare provider. Rich's expertise lies in outpatient rehabilitation and Athletic Training services and sports event coverage for middle school, high school, and college athletes.

Jeanine has a strong passion for outdoor cycling with all area bicycle clubs. She brings her outdoor passion indoors through the winter months to keep cyclist legs in shape. Her indoor cycling class is set up for all types of riders. In the spring she will transfer this class to riding outside for the summer months. Jeanine also leads the Pedal for Parkinson’s class that is aimed to improve the lives of those living with Parkinson’s disease by maintaining an active lifestyle. Jeanine is a certified WIT’s Personal Trainer, certified Spinning Instructor, and certified Pedaling for Parkinson’s Instructor.
