Personal trainers are available for a fee in hour increments. Members choose packages depending on how many sessions they would like to attend. The more sessions purchased, the more you save.

In this interactive health consultation you & your family will look at the contents of your pantry, fridge and freezer, learn how to better read nutrition labels, discuss which foods to consider replacing with healthier options, and get replacement suggestions. Additionally, you’ll get simple cooking and shopping tips, and healthy, family friendly recipes.
