As the school year winds down, we’re gearing up for one of our busiest and most exciting times of the year: the end-of-school-year rental season! From graduation parties and team celebrations, to summer programming prep, this time of year brings a flurry of activity across our facilities. We’re thrilled to host your events and help you transition to summer smoothly.

Rental Season is in Full Swing

Each year, our facility sees a surge in demand for rentals as schools and community groups celebrate milestones and plan for the summer ahead. If you’re looking to reserve a space for a gathering, sports event, or summer kickoff, now is the time to act! Availability is limited, and booking early helps us serve you better.

Program Registration

Program registration for classes like swim lessons, martial arts, and Ninja Classes begins soon!

• Member & Currently Enrolled Student Registration begins June 9
• Non-Member Registration begins June 16
• Summer session will run June 28-August 16

Programs registrations for Camp Tracy, New England Sports Camps, and Specialty Camps are open NOW!

Aquatics

• There are several changes to the schedule for aquatics, and it’s important to follow the schedule in the doc, here.
• Our Summer Pool Schedule is out and begins Monday, June 23!

Childcare

• Thursday, June 12
  • China ASP will end with an early release
  • Atwood ASP opens at 12:00 pm
• Friday, June 13
  • Atwood ASP last day – open 7:00 am-6:00 pm
  • Benton ASP last day
  • Waterville ASP last day
• Monday-Thursday, June 16-19
  • Waterville June Vacation Camp open from 7:00 am-5:30 pm – Additional Registration & Fees
• June 20 & 23-27 – All ASPs CLOSED
• June 30 – Summer Enrichment Program begins (program is now full)

Child Watch

• Friday, June 13 – last day for Child Watch until the Fall

General AYCC Facility Hours

• Sunday, June 15 – facility summer hours begin!
  • Monday-Thursday – 5:00 am-8:00 pm
  • Friday – 5:00 am-7:00 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday – 7:00 am-5:00 pm

Gymnasium

• Thursday, May 29 – all three gyms closed for an event
• Wednesday, June 4 – Gym 1 CLOSED
• Monday, June 9 – Gym 2 CLOSED
• Tuesday, June 10 – all three GYMS CLOSED at 12:00 pm
• Wednesday, June 11 – all three GYMS CLOSED
• Thursday, June 12 – all three GYMS CLOSED until 12:00 pm
