Classes are included with the membership unless an additional cost is specified.

Chair Yoga - Group Fitness Studio w/Jill

Tues & Thurs 10:00 – 11:00 am + Tues & Thurs 11:30-12:30

 

Chair Yoga consists of gentle and meditative yoga focused on body positive positions. In this class, we will help to assist all participants through adapting a variety of yoga techniques. All levels of experience are welcome to join and participate.

Mon, Wed & Fri 10:00 – 11:00 am PLUS Mon & Fri 12:15-1:15 pm

This evidence-based, hour-long, 3-day per week program helps older adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered to sustain independent lives. You will improve physical conditioning and decrease risk of falling using a series of proven cardiovascular and strength building exercises.

Fridays

Get ready to kick off your weekend with Fun Fitness Fridays, a high-energy, feel-good class designed to keep you moving, smiling, and coming back for more! Each week brings something new as we rotate through a variety of class styles, from cardio and strength to dance, mobility, and everything in between. No two Fridays are the same, but one thing is guaranteed: a fun, welcoming atmosphere where all fitness levels can join in and enjoy the moment.

Whether you’re looking to try something new, shake up your routine, or just have a great time while getting a workout, this class is all about variety, positivity, and fun!

Friday, May 29 – 11:15-12:15: Tread & Shred Interval Blast (Fitness Center)

Class is limited to 8. Please sign up at the WELLNESS Desk.

Turn up the energy and take your workout to the next level with this dynamic interval class that combines treadmill training and free weights for the ultimate full-body burn. You’ll alternate between heart-pumping cardio and strength segments, keeping your body challenged and your mind engaged every step of the way.

Expect bursts of speed, hills, and recovery on the treadmill paired with functional weight exercises that build strength, endurance, and confidence. The intervals keep things fresh, fun, and effective. You’ll always pushing just enough without burning out.

Get ready to sweat, feel strong, and finish every class on a high note. Whether you’re running, walking, lifting, or doing both at once, this class will leave you energized, accomplished, and coming back for more.

Friday, June 5: Squad Goals – 9:15-10:15 am: AMRAP Showdown (Gronk Zone)

Grab your crew and chase the clock in this high-energy team challenge class. Each workout is built around AMRAP rounds where every rep counts toward your team’s total. Expect sweat, strategy, motivation, and nonstop encouragement as you push limits together in a fun, game-day atmosphere. 

Friday, June 12 – 9:15-10:15 am: Recess Riot (Gym 1)

Tag, race, dodge, compete, repeat. Recess Riot recreates the chaos and excitement of old-school PE with energetic games and team-based challenges designed to get everyone moving and smiling. 

Friday, June 19 – 9:15-10:15 am: Lift Zone Challenge (Lift Zone)

Step into the Lift Zone and discover the power of strength training in a fun, supportive environment. This beginner-friendly class is designed to introduce participants to traditional weightlifting equipment and foundational lifts like the squat, bench press, deadlift, and more.
Whether your brand new to lifting or looking to build confidence with proper technique, this class will help you learn the basics while improving strength, endurance, posture, and overall fitness. Coaches will guide you through safe form, lifting fundamentals, and simple progressions so everyone can work at their own level.
All fitness levels are welcome, and beginners are especially encouraged to join. Bring a friend, challenge yourself, and experience the physical and mental benefits of lifting weights — from building strength and boosting energy to gaining confidence inside and outside the gym.
Friday, June 26 – 9:15-10:15 am: Bingo Burn Challenge (Gronk Zone)
Who says fitness can’t feel like game night? In Bingo Burn Challenge, every workout is driven by a fitness bingo card packed with fun exercises, mini challenges, and surprise activities. Complete rows, columns, or the whole card while racing, laughing, and sweating alongside your teammates.
Expect a mix of cardio, strength, mobility, and teamwork-based movements that keep every class exciting and unpredictable. Whether you’re aiming for “BINGO!” or just there for the fun, this class creates a playful atmosphere where all fitness levels can participate and succeed.
Bring a friend, challenge yourself, and experience a workout that feels more like a game than exercise — with plenty of energy, encouragement, and friendly competition along the way.

Wed 5:15 – 6:15 am

Start your day off right with this high-energy cycling class! Whether you’re a serious cyclist or new to spinning, this is the class for you. The class features a mix of climbs, sprints, and rolling hills. The combination of upbeat music and fun will get you ready for the day. Hang out after class for an extra 10 minutes of ab-blasting exercises to finish your workout! 

Tues & Thurs 9:00 – 10:00 am

Tired of running in circles? During this High Intensity Interval Training class you will run, walk, or jog around the track, stopping at various stations along the way. With the addition of bands, weights, and TRX, your laps around the track will never be boring!

We have partnered with Bethany Mitchell-Legro, Nutrition Therapist Master from Sustainable Nutrition to offer clinics, workshops and office hours for one-on-one consultations. Whether you’re interested in learning how to build a balanced plate, decode nutrition labels, boost your immune system, or improve your sleep, Bethany can help!

Tues & Thurs 8:00 – 9:00 am

Uses a variety of light to moderate weights/objects at home along with exercise equipment to strengthen muscles and joints, build bone density, and increase overall fitness. Instruction is modified to fit each participants’ current fitness level. This a great class to work on your fitness goals.

Mon, Wed & Fri 8:15 – 9:15 am

This class is a general strength-at-home class that mixes basic strength training exercises with warmups and cool downs. Upper body, lower body and core are covered throughout the week! This class is for active, older adults.

Mon & Thurs 5:00 – 6:00 pm

Come join Jill for an All Levels Vinyasa Flow. A mix of mindful Asana and Breathwork. This practice is fluid, with smooth transitions combining poses in sequences that focus on linking breath to movement. Then brings you back to center with some quiet floor work. Come nourish your mind and body!

Sun 10:00 – 11:00 am

Vin/Yin yoga blends Vinyasa Yoga poses with Restorative Yin Yoga. Weaving together thoughtful grounding asanas to awaken the body and chase away fatigue, then adding restorative poses and breathwork to slow us down, quiet our busy minds, and restore your spirit.

Wed 5:00 – 6:00 pm

Yoga-lates fusion is a great workout for both your mind and your body. It blends the best elements of Pilates and Yoga. It will build muscle and stamina, then focus on decompressing from daily stressors and encourage relaxation.

Tues 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Wanna travel around the world in 60 minutes? Just join Sara’s Zumba class! Zumba is a dance fitness class made up of Latin and international rhythms to create a dynamic, calorie-burning workout for all fitness levels and ages. Be taken through a warm-up, tour of rhythms and cultures ranging from merengue, salsa, Brazilian funk, belly dance and MORE! Enjoy a cool down ending with a full body stretch, all in a positive and encouraging environment! Did we mention it feels more like a party than a workout? Shake your way into a healthy lifestyle and positive mindset with Sara!
