Whether you are looking for a facility to hold your child’s birthday party, a venue for your reunion or a field to host your tournament, the AYCC is here to help. Birthdays abound at Adventure Playland and our pools. Ready for some team building? Come on over to Camp Tracy, which comes fully equipped with a lodge, dining room and ropes course. Once you lay eyes on Maine’s Fenway and Purnell-Wrigley Field, our Major League Baseball-licensed 2/3 replica baseball fields, you’ll be dreaming about taking a swing at the ball to try and hit it over the Green Monster.

PARTY OPTIONS & INFORMATION
Book Your Party!
We are elated that you have chosen the AYCC for your party fun! Learn how to book your party below.
- Visit or call the Welcome Center at 207-873-0684.
- Choose your package.
- Choose your date, and time preference.
- Pay in full for your event.
Within a week or two, you will receive a Party Contract confirming the details of your party. We ask that you sign the contract, and return it to the Welcome Center by the date of the party. Each guest is expected to check in at the Welcome Center with a scan tag (if they have one), or by signing the Guest Log with Liability Waiver.
Adventure Playland Parties
Adventure Playland features inflatables, two climbing walls, and & structured play areas too!

Adventure Playland is open to the public during the available time slots.

- 9:00 am – 11:00 am
- 11:30 am – 1:30 pm
- 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
- 4:30 – 6:30 pm Private party for an additional fee

Party Notices
- All guests must be registered as a Member or Community Member and have an updated Liability Waiver on file.
- Families are responsible for providing table cloths, napkins, plates, cups, utensils and serving utensils.
- All Adventure Playland guests should check in at the Welcome Center to receive a party attendee bracelet.
- All Pool guests will be required to take a swim test prior to pool play.
Additional Options For Both Parties
Cheese or one-topping pizzas – $15.00 ea.
Mini bottled waters – $1.00 ea.
2 – One-topping pizzas + 24 waters – $40.00
3 – One-topping pizzas + 24 waters – $50.00
Pizza made fresh from the AYCC’s Wellness Window on Saturdays. Sunday pizzas are ordered from Cappza’s Pizza.
