Maine Celtics Bring the Heat to the AYCC

On Tuesday, July 22, the AYCC gym was buzzing with excitement as the Maine Celtics stopped by for a free youth basketball clinic! Young athletes from across the community had the incredible opportunity to learn from the Maine Celtics staff & players, working on their skills, drills, and teamwork.
From warm-ups to shooting techniques and fun games, the clinic offered hands-on coaching in a high-energy environment. Players shared personal stories, signed autographs, and encouraged kids to stay active, work hard, and dream big-both on and off the court.
A huge thank you to the Maine Celtics for inspiring the next generation of ballers right here in Waterville. We’re proud to partner with an organization that’s committed to youth development and community connection.
