New Years News – Member Updates, Policy Changes, and More

The information below is from an email to Members & Community Guests dated December 30, 2025.

We have important reminders and updates to share as we welcome in a new year.

First, safety is still our top priority. Please remember these important safety policies:

  • Members must have a recent photo attached to their account for identification and safety.
  • Children 12 years and under may not be alone in the facility at any time.
  • All members and guests must sign in at the Welcome Center.
  • People of all ages and stages utilize this facility. Discretion is always expected
  • Locker rooms areas are separated by age:
    • Youth side: up to 17 years old
    • Adult side: 18+ (Adults may help youth on the youth side.)

Second, the next time you enter the facility, you will need to sign a new liability waiver. We do this every year to keep our records updated.

Third, the AYCC Member Handbook is updated to enhance safety and improve your experience with us. You can access the updated handbook [HERE].

Key Updates

  • Download YMCA360 today! The Daxko Mobile app is no longer available.
  • Wristbands are required for Family Swim and open play in NinjAdventure.
  • Memberships may be paid annually or monthly. Monthly accounts must be on auto-renewal and tied to a recurring payment account. A $5 convenience fee applies to monthly dues if auto-renewal is turned off.
  • Membership rate adjustment for Youth Ninja and Teen units.
    • Youth Ninja Membership = $20/month or $210/year
    • Teen Membership = $25/month or $275/year

Please note: The basic youth annual membership ($50/year) does NOT include NinjAdventure Zone access. Membership aid is available through our Affordable Access Program.

And finally, our red light therapy has grown and moved! We now offer two booths in the Wellness Center. Make a reservation at the Welcome Center or in the Wellness Center.

Thank you for being a valued part of our community. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.
