March Schedule Updates: Pool Lane Closures & Exciting New Classes!

UPDATES to Gymnasium and Youth Wellness Programs – as of March 10.

Spring is right around the corner, and we’ve got a few schedule updates to keep you in the loop!

Aquatics

Pool Lane Availability:
Please note that pool lane availability will be limited on the following dates:  March 8, 22, 23, 29 & 30 due to American Red Cross certification courses. Plan your swims accordingly, and thanks for your patience!

Spring Schedule Updates

The updated pool schedule is now available with changes mostly to the evening lap swims. Visit the Indoor Pools page to download a copy of the new schedule, or visit the Welcome Center to pick up a new copy.

Gymnasium

Due to rentals and program usage, there will be no evening open gym opportunities the week of March 10-14 and no open gym March 15 & 16. Our regular open gym is in Gym 1 from 12:00-5:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Wellness

Yoga-Based Classes with Jill!
While Sara is out this week, Jill is stepping in with two new and exciting yoga-based classes – both classes are being held in the Group Fitness Studio:

  • Cabin Fever RelieverTuesday, March 4 from 6:00-7:00 pm
    Enjoy lively, fun music paired with movement to shake off the winter blues!
  • Nidra/ReikiThursday, March 6 from 6:15-7:15 pm
    A guided meditation and Reiki-inspired session designed to help you reset your nervous system.

These classes are FREE with membership or $10 drop-in for adults, $5 for 55+.

Sara will be back next week, but in the meantime, come try something new with Jill! See you there!

UPDATE:  Youth Based Wellness Classes

These classes are paused until the Spring II Session – April 28-June 16. Stay tuned for details!
