Chair Yoga - Group Fitness Studio w/Jill
Tues & Thurs 10:00 – 11:00 am
Chair Yoga consists of gentle and meditative yoga focused on body positive positions. In this class, we will help to assist all participants through adapting a variety of yoga techniques. All levels of experience are welcome to join and participate.
Enhance Fitness - In-Person and Live w/Jamie
Mon, Wed & Fri 10:00 – 11:00 am PLUS Mon & Fri 12:15-1:15 pm
This evidence-based, hour-long, 3-day per week program helps older adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered to sustain independent lives. You will improve physical conditioning and decrease risk of falling using a series of proven cardiovascular and strength building exercises.
Fun Fitness Fridays - Group Fitness Studio w/Shannon

Get ready to kick off your weekend with Fun Fitness Fridays, a high-energy, feel-good class designed to keep you moving, smiling, and coming back for more! Each week brings something new as we rotate through a variety of class styles, from cardio and strength to dance, mobility, and everything in between. No two Fridays are the same, but one thing is guaranteed: a fun, welcoming atmosphere where all fitness levels can join in and enjoy the moment.
Whether you’re looking to try something new, shake up your routine, or just have a great time while getting a workout, this class is all about variety, positivity, and fun!
Friday, April 10: Boot Scootin’ Basics
Kick up your heels and have fun in this all-levels class! Learn easy, step-by-step routines set to upbeat country music with plenty of practice time. No partner needed, just bring your energy and a willingness to try something new. Build confidence, improve coordination, and enjoy a welcoming, social atmosphere on the dance floor.
Friday, April 17: Medicine Ball Madness
Power up your workout with Medicine Ball Madness! It’s a high-energy, full-body class for all fitness levels. This dynamic session blends strength, core work, and cardio using versatile medicine ball exercises like slams, squats, and twists.
With built-in modifications and operational partner drills, you can move at your own pace while still getting a great workout. Expect a fun, supportive environment that builds strength, coordination, and endurance, leaving you energized and ready for more.

Friday, May 1: The Mobility Method
Improve how your body moves and feels in this low-impact, all-levels class. Through gentle stretching and guided mobility work, you’ll increase joint mobility, reduce tension, and improve flexibility.
Target key areas like hips, shoulders, spine, and ankles to support better posture and everyday movement. With options for every level, this class is perfect for recovery days or complementing your routine, leaving you feeling more open, balanced, and refreshed.
Friday, May 8: Step & Strength Remix
Move, groove, and build strength in this fun throwback-inspired class. Simple step aerobics keep your heart rate up and coordination sharp, no complicated choreography.
Between step segments, you’ll add strength exercises for a balanced, full-body workout. Designed for all fitness levels, this class is welcoming, adaptable, and energizing, leaving you stronger and ready for the weekend!
HIIT and Hills Spin - Group Fitness Studio w/Lucy
Wed 5:15 – 6:15 am
Start your day off right with this high-energy cycling class! Whether you’re a serious cyclist or new to spinning, this is the class for you. The class features a mix of climbs, sprints, and rolling hills. The combination of upbeat music and fun will get you ready for the day. Hang out after class for an extra 10 minutes of ab-blasting exercises to finish your workout!
HIIT It - Low Impact - Indoor Track w/Jamie
Tues & Thurs 9:00 – 10:00 am
Tired of running in circles? During this High Intensity Interval Training class you will run, walk, or jog around the track, stopping at various stations along the way. With the addition of bands, weights, and TRX, your laps around the track will never be boring!
HIIT The Ground Running - Gronk Zone w/Danny Ends April 16
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-6:30 am – ends April 16
Start your morning strong with HIIT The Ground Running, a high-energy workout designed to build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. This class blends High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with boot camp–style training, using timed intervals of strength exercises, functional movements, and cardio bursts to keep your heart rate up and your body challenged.
Expect a mix of bodyweight movements, resistance training, and conditioning drills that will help improve overall fitness, burn calories, and develop the stamina needed for obstacle races, mud runs, or simply tackling your day with more energy.
Whether you’re training for an event or just looking for an effective way to get moving in the morning, this class will push you, motivate you, and help you hit the ground running every day.

At the AYCC, we believe true wellness begins with knowledge, healthy habits, and a supportive community. We have partnered with Bethany Mitchell-Legro, Nutrition Therapist Master from Sustainable Nutrition to offer clinics, workshops and office hours for one-on-one consultations. Whether you’re interested in learning how to build a balanced plate, decode nutrition labels, boost your immune system, or improve your sleep, Bethany can help!

Posture & Tone - In-Person and Live w/Jamie
Tues & Thurs 8:00 – 9:00 am
Uses a variety of light to moderate weights/objects at home along with exercise equipment to strengthen muscles and joints, build bone density, and increase overall fitness. Instruction is modified to fit each participants’ current fitness level. This a great class to work on your fitness goals.
Total Body - In-Person and Live w/Jamie
Mon, Wed & Fri 8:15 – 9:15 am
This class is a general strength-at-home class that mixes basic strength training exercises with warmups and cool downs. Upper body, lower body and core are covered throughout the week! This class is for active, older adults.
Vinyasa Flow - Group Fitness Studio w/Jill
Mon & Thurs 5:00 – 6:00 pm
Come join Jill for an All Levels Vinyasa Flow. A mix of mindful Asana and Breathwork. This practice is fluid, with smooth transitions combining poses in sequences that focus on linking breath to movement. Then brings you back to center with some quiet floor work. Come nourish your mind and body!
Vin Yin Yoga - Group Fitness Studio w/Jill

Vin/Yin yoga blends Vinyasa Yoga poses with Restorative Yin Yoga. Weaving together thoughtful grounding asanas to awaken the body and chase away fatigue, then adding restorative poses and breathwork to slow us down, quiet our busy minds, and restore your spirit.
Yogalates - Group Fitness Studio w/Jill
Wed 5:00 – 6:00 pm
Yoga-lates fusion is a great workout for both your mind and your body. It blends the best elements of Pilates and Yoga. It will build muscle and stamina, then focus on decompressing from daily stressors and encourage relaxation.
Zumba® - Group Fitness Studio w/Sara

Wanna travel around the world in 60 minutes? Just join Sara’s Zumba class! Zumba is a dance fitness class made up of Latin and international rhythms to create a dynamic, calorie-burning workout for all fitness levels and ages. Be taken through a warm-up, tour of rhythms and cultures ranging from merengue, salsa, Brazilian funk, belly dance and MORE!
