Teen Programming
The Alfond Youth & Community Center’s Teen Programs offer opportunities in fitness, health and wellness, youth leadership, academic support, and career exploration in environments that are safe and accessible for all.
We understand the barriers that prevent teenagers from accessing much-needed support and safe social spaces. For this reason, our Teen Programs are 100% free, and there is no membership fee to attend.

Teen & Family Resources
Supporting teens means supporting the whole family. We understand that adolescence comes with unique challenges, opportunities, and questions, and no one should have to navigate them alone. This resource guide was created to connect teens and their families with trusted information, local services, and helpful tools that promote health, well-being, personal growth, and success. Whether you’re looking for academic support, mental health resources, career guidance, or community programs, we hope this collection serves as a starting point and a reminder that support is always within reach.
Additionally, we have a couple of resources right in our community. Visit United Way of Kennebec Valley, KVCAP or 211-Maine for additional county and state-wide resources.
