Boot Camp - Gronk Zone w/Haley
Tues & Thurs 5:00-6:15 am
A challenging but fun and supportive 60 minute workout! This workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, Glides, kettlebells), and stretching.
Build Your Own Bones - Dance Studio w/Kate K.
Tues & Thurs 9:00-9:50 am
Build Your Own Bones” was created to improve balance, posture and enhance energy and wellbeing. Studies show that adults 55+ who participate in a weight training program twice weekly for a year, gained an average of 1 percent of bone density annually. This class is designed to increase bone density by using ankle weights, hand weights, and participating in warm-up and cool-downs along with balance exercises. This class relies upon weight training and balance exercises to protect against fractures caused by osteoporosis, osteopenia and other bone/mass related illnesses by increasing muscular strength, balance and bone density. Beginners are welcome!
Cardio Kickboxing - Group Fitness Studio w/Dawn

This fast-paced class is sure to get you sweating in the first five minutes! This class involves basic kickboxing moves mixed with aerobics. Dynamic and lively, this class is geared for people who are comfortable with jumping, squatting, and moving quickly. This class is beginner -friendly but we welcome all levels!
Chair Yoga - Group Fitness Studio w/Jill

Chair Yoga consists of gentle and meditative yoga focused on body positive positions. In this class, we will help to assist all participants through adapting a variety of yoga techniques. All levels of experience are welcome to join and participate.
Early Bird Spin - Group Fitness Studio w/Haley
Mon & Wed 5:00-6:15 am
Wake up and get ready to start your week right with some early morning spin! Hill climbs, sprints, and fun all packed into a half hour. Perfect for those who want to get an efficient workout in before the workday!

Family Yoga - Group Fitness Studio w/Jill
2nd Sunday of the month 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Parents and kids, come practice Yoga together! Strengthen your body and bond through both basic and challenging yoga poses, practice partner poses, and play fun yoga games together. Participants will learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and stress busting relaxation techniques. Recommended child ages 4-12+ must be with guardian.
HIIT It - Low Impact - Indoor Track w/Maggie

Tired of running in circles? During this High Intensity Interval Training class you will run, walk, or jog around the track, stopping at various stations along the way. With the addition of bands, weights, and TRX, your laps around the track will never be boring!
Kid Power (ages 4-13) - Gronk Zone w/Jamie (Mon) & Dawn (Fri)

Come explore youth fitness with Kid Power. This class is full of fun activities including warm-ups and cool-downs. Each class is unique and offers a wide variety of kid friendly moves. Kid Power is open to anyone with a youth membership ages 4+.
Kids Yoga (ages 5-12) - Group Fitness Studio w/Jill
Tues 3:30-4:15 pm
This 45 minute class is for 5-12 year olds. They will learn to strengthen their bodies through both basic and challenging yoga poses, practice partner poses and play fun yoga games. The kids will also learn mindfulness activities, useful breathing exercises and stress relaxation techniques. Please have your child use the bathroom before class. Mats are provided.
Pilates - Group Fitness Studio

Come join us for a great workout and a lot of fun with our new instructor Brittany Cates. This class will be challenging but also entertaining with an environment for all fitness levels. Follow along as we focus on full body strengthening, core strengthening, and posture, balance, and tone!
Qi-Gong - martial arts dojo - w/Justin

Qigong is a health and wellness practice similar to Tai Chi. It combines meditative deep breathing with slow, controlled movements and stretching. Originally a Kung Fu practice, it has been used as a tool for medicine, fitness, and self-discovery. Whether you’re looking for a low-impact exercise to improve your cardiovascular health, want improve your flexibility and core strength, or desire a new way to relieve stress: we encourage you to join us!
Sunset Spin - Group Fitness Studio w/Meg
Wed 7:30-8:30 pm
Come join us for an hour full of fun, uplifting music, and exercise. Everything from hills, sprints, climbs, and a variation too! New spinners welcome! This class is built for all levels with modifications to meet all experience levels.
Trim & Tone - Group Fitness Studio w/Dawn

This class is sure to set your core on fire! Join us for stability and strengthening moves focused on your core. This class is for all levels with progressions and regressions given as needed.
Vinyasa Flow - Group Fitness Studio w/Jill
Mon & Thurs 5-6pm
Come join Jill for an All Levels Vinyasa Flow. A mix of mindful Asana and Breathwork. This practice is fluid, with smooth transitions combining poses in sequences that focus on linking breath to movement. Then brings you back to center with some quiet floor work. Come nourish your mind and body!
Vin Yin Yoga - Group Fitness Studio w/Jill

Vin/Yin yoga blends Vinyasa Yoga poses with Restorative Yin Yoga. Weaving together thoughtful grounding asanas to awaken the body and chase away fatigue, then adding restorative poses and breathwork to slow us down, quiet our busy minds, and restore your spirit.

Wanna travel around the world in 60 minutes? Just join Sara's Zumba class! Zumba is a dance fitness class made up of Latin and international rhythms to create a dynamic, calorie-burning workout for all fitness levels and ages. Be taken through a warm-up, tour of rhythms and cultures ranging from merengue, salsa, Brazilian funk, belly dance and MORE! Enhance Fitness - In-Person and Live w/Jamie on Virtual AYCC

This evidence-based, hour-long, 3-day per week program helps older adults at all
levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered to sustain
independent lives. You will improve physical conditioning and decrease risk of
falling using a series of proven cardiovascular and strength building exercises.
Posture & Tone - In-Person and Live w/Jamie on Virtual AYCC
Tues & Thurs 8:00-9:00 am
Uses a variety of light to moderate weights/objects at home along with exercise equipment to strengthen muscles and joints, build bone density, and increase overall fitness. Instruction is modified to fit each participants' current fitness level. This a great class to work on your fitness goals.
Total Body - In-Person and Live w/Jamie on Virtual AYCC
Mon, Wed & Fri 8:15-9:15 am
This class is a general strength-at-home class that mixes basic strength training exercises with warmups and cool downs. Upper body, lower body and core are covered throughout the week! This class is for active, older adults.

Whether you want to hunt, hike or explore Maine’s great outdoors, this program will help prepare you for the great adventure that awaits! Dawn Gee shares specific exercises designed to improve strength, mobility and endurance to help you get the most out of your upcoming season. The six-week program kicks off with a 30-minute class with MaineGeneral Sports Medicine athletic trainer Rich Garini to review health and safety tips to consider before setting out for your adventure. Your next successful season starts right here!
