Our Specialty and New England Sports Camps documents are now available for download.

Required Documents for All Campers attending Specialty Camps, and New England Sports Camps:

1. Read:  Overnight Camp Handbook – 2026 Download Coming Soon!
2. Sign:  Liability Waiver
3. Complete Medical History Form** (Included in Online Daxko Registration)
4.  Immunization Records (dated June 1, 2024 or later) – Submit in person, or by using our Online Form – Physician’s Records are acceptable as well.
